L'acqua che esce dai rubinetti e potabile ma poichè rimane spesso all'interno di una cisterna si consiglia di bere solo acqua in bottiglia

• E' vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento e in tutti i locali a disposizione degli ospiti.

Smoking is forbidden inside the flat and in all rooms available to the guest.

• E' vietato permettere ai bambini di usare gli elettrodomestici presenti in cucina.

It is forbidden to allow children to use electrical appliances in the kitchen.

• E' vietato buttare nel water pannolini e tutto ciò che possa ostruire le tubature.

It is forbidden to flush nappies and anything else that may obstruct the plumbing.

• E' vietato aggirarsi nei pressi della locazione turistica con indumenti che possano offendere l'altrui pudore

It is forbidden to walk around the turistic location with clothes that may offend the modesty of others

• Quando si passa in auto/moto per lo sterrato che porta a casa nostra si è pregati di procedere a velocità lenta per la possibile presenza di bambini e animali

When passing by car/motorbike through the dirt road leading to our house please proceed at a slow speed due to the possible presence of children and animals

Obblighi dell'ospite - Obligations of the guest:

• Registrazione: L'ospite al suo arrivo è tenuto ad esibire un documento d'identità in corso di validità, per la registrazione secondo le vigenti disposizioni di legge.

Registration: On arrival, the guest is required to show a valid identity document for registration in accordance with the law.

• L'ospite è tenuto a risarcire i danni arrecati all'appartamento in uso e per l'uso improprio delle dotazioni complementari.

The guest is obliged to compensate for damage caused to the flat in use and for the improper use of complementary equipment.

• Deve essere osservato totale silenzio dalle ore 22,00 alle ore 8,00 e dalle ore 14,00 alle ore 16,00.

Total silence must be observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

• In ogni caso deve essere mantenuto un comportamento che in nessun momento della giornata e in nessun modo danneggi l'altrui tranquillità.

In any case, behaviour must be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquillity of others.

• E' fatto obbligo di spegnere le luci, la televisione ed altri impianti quando si lascia vuoto l'appartamento.

Lights, television and other equipment must be switched off when leaving the flat empty.

• Numero di persone: non e' consentito introdurre nella locazione turistica persone di cui non sia stato registrato il documento d'identità o senza il consenso del proprietario.

Number of persons: It is not permitted to bring into the turistic location persons whose identity document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner.

Raccomandazioni - Recommendations:

• Si invitano gli ospiti a vigilare sui propri oggetti in quanto i proprietari della locazione turistica non sono responsabili della loro custodia.

Guests are encouraged to watch over their belongings as the turistic locazion owners are not responsible for their safekeeping.

• Si invitano gli ospiti a chiudere il cancello padronale, la porta d'ingresso e di avere cura delle chiavi.

Guests are requested to lock the owner's gate, the front door and to take care of the keys.

• Non lasciare le chiavi inserite nella serratura.

Do not leave the keys inserted in the lock.

• Gli ospiti prima della partenza devono riconsegnare le chiavi.

Guests must return the keys before departure.

• L'eventuale perdita delle chiavi di casa comporta l'addebito corrispondente per il cambio della serratura e dell'intero set di chiavi.

Any loss of house keys will result in a corresponding charge for changing the lock and the entire set of keys.
